We will conduct a test run on the outrigger canoes to familiarize everyone with their operation. This is a great opportunity to make any last-minute adjustments before the paddle. Additionally, we will have local guests providing some amazing insights into the Hawaiian culture.

Who is this program for?

This paddle adventure is for business leaders who are looking to expand their horizons both physically and mentally. It encompasses a diverse range of benefits that are tailored for individuals seeking personal growth, enhanced teamwork, and professional development.

Do I need to have prior paddling experience to join?

No prior paddling experience is necessary. We provide comprehensive training and support to prepare you for the paddle challenge, regardless of your starting level.

What is the paddle route?

The paddle will depart from the Waikiki Yacht Club, heading directly towards Pearl Harbor. Depending on wind and currents, we have access to approach the site closely. After experiencing Pearl Harbor from the canoes, we will return to Waikiki.

How close will we get to Pearl Harbor?

We will try to get as close as possible to the site, depending on local authority permission.

How will this program help me build my personal brand?

You will be able to craft a unique brand story that will steerage you from everyone else.

Am I responsible for transportation?

Yes, participants will be responsible for booking flights and arranging transportation around Hawaii. Options include renting a car, although Uber and Lyft are readily available for convenient travel.

Will we be touring Pearl Harbor?

This is a busy time for Pearl Harbor. However, we will make every effort to arrange access to the memorial site for those interested, once we have confirmed the number of paddlers attending.

Can my family come?

Absolutely! Feel free to turn this into a vacation for your family as well.

Can I extend my trip?

Yes. You can work directly with the hotel, or book your own extension at a different resort.

What safety measures will be on the paddle?

We have an experienced crew leading the paddle, with each canoe accompanied by a lead guide. A support boat will follow closely to provide assistance at any time. Mandatory breaks will be scheduled for refueling and hydration to ensure everyone’s well-being throughout the journey.
